RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND — ONLINE ORDERS

You may return your online order within 30 days of delivery.

Customers residing in the United Kingdom or the European Union have the statutory right to cancel their order within 30 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of the earlier of receipt of the returned item or provision of valid proof of return postage. Standard delivery charges will be refunded only if the entire order is returned. Original shipping costs are non-refundable where delivery has been completed.

Returns are made at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Strawberries & Cream cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

If delivery is refused and goods are returned, courier fees and applicable duties incurred will be deducted from the refund.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Returns cannot be accepted for made-to-measure garments, fabric cut to order, personalised items, Christmas and occasional party dresses, socks and tights, face masks, and hair accessories. Due to hygiene reasons, socks and tights, face masks, and hair accessories are not eligible for refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS — ONLINE ORDERS

Where a return is not initiated within 30 days, we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange only.

The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery and the exchange must be for a product ofequal value.

All items must be returned in original condition with labels and seals intact and must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and unscented. Items returned without appropriate labels or showing signs of alteration will not be accepted. Strawberries & Cream reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the original condition has been compromised.

Returns remain at the customer’s expense.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product is faulty and returned within 30 days of delivery, it is eligible for a full refund. Items returned after 30 days but within six months will be assessed for repair or replacement. Where repair or replacement is not possible, a Strawberries & Cream gift card will be issued.
