Where do you deliver??

What are the expected delivery timeframes and prices?

Your order will be sent within 48 hours of being placed, depending on stock availability. If any items are out of stock, you'll be contacted as soon as possible.

Please see below details of our delivery timeframes and prices:

* Orders must be placed by 11.00am UK time Monday – Friday.

** Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
As the recipient, Please note that all taxes and duty that may be incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser and not The Big Raspberry Co. Ltd.

*** Normal deliveries and collections should take place across most of the UK today. However, there may be limited deliveries in some areas due to the impact of Covid19.

**** Generally, transit times with International service are within 5-10 working days throughout most destinations worldwide. However this may vary depending on the country of destination.

***** If the weight of your order exceeds 2.5Kg (volumetric) and the shipping cost of your order goes beyond what is indicated in our delivery timeframes and prices table, Strawberries & Cream will have to apply additional courier or postal charges to your account.


Exchanges and Returns

These conditions are only valid for online purchases.

How can I exchange an item?

We understand that occasionally you may wish to exchange an item.

You have up to 14 calendar days to exchange items purchased on our online boutique.

Simply contact our customer service through the email address customerservice@strawberriesandcream.com and they will assist you.

How can I return an item?

Customers returning their order will be responsible for all costs associated with returning their order.

All products come with a label attached. Do not remove the label or relevant seal from the purchased products should you wish to exchange the product.

In the instance you decide to exchange your products, Strawberries & Cream will not accept products returned without the relevant label or seal or have been altered from their original status i.e. worn, damaged, un-scented etc.

Strawberries & Cream reserves the right to refuse an exchange on items deemed altered from their original status.

We suggest you obtain proof of posting when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us, and we cannot refund goods which we have not received.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange hosiery, hair accessories or custom jewellery.

Christmas and Occasional Party dresses are excluded from refund or exchanges.

Please note that Strawberries & Cream detailed above policy, does not affect your right to cancel your contract with us under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

All order cancellations must be made in writing, by email or post, within 14 days starting the day after you receive your order.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we will only refund standard delivery charges if the entire order is returned.

Your right to return products does not apply to goods made for your specification (including made-to-measure orders, embroidery and fabric cut to your specification), or that have been clearly personalised.

 

Wigmore Street Refund Policy

These conditions are only valid for 78 Wigmore Street store in London.

Please keep your receipt to exchange your purchase.

We do not offer Refunds, only exchange will be offered.

Strawberries & Cream only accept items purchased at 78 Wigmore Street that has been unworn and in its original condition within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

All items that have been made as special orders, customised or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Christmas and Occasional Party  dresses are excluded from refund or exchanges.

For all SALES items an exchange will be offered within 7 calendar days of the original purchase.
